Based on the biblical story found in 1 Samuel 3
Samuel is awoken in the night, having been called by name.
Discovering it wasn't his guardian Eli, Samuel searches to find the source of this voice.

d i f f u s i o n is a collective of South Australian filmmakers who have a heart to create good quality faith-inspired films that help people engage with and encounter God.
We're a group of multi-talented Christian friends who've been meeting and praying since 2023 to use what we were passionate about to bring God glory - in both the process and final resulting film.
WHAT'S NEXT?
Beyond this pilot episode, our aim is to create further artistic think-pieces exploring the stories that Jesus told in a thought-provoking anthology series.
Our next short film project aims to portray the parable of the Lost Son and is currently in the works.
These films can then be used for free for
personal reflection, small group discussion
or visual illustrations.
